Outside professional life, Robert treasures quality time with his family and friends and enjoys recharging in the great outdoors.

Lester is a seasoned fintech architect with a deep-rooted background in creating robust, scalable software solutions. He is the key software architect of Keyno's CVVKey platform and spearheads the development of our innovative fraud prevention offerings.

His tenure at FIS as a lead architect laid the foundation for his expertise in payments and fraud-prevention systems. With a Master of Science in Computer Science and a passion for creating efficient solutions to overcome tough challenges.

Beyond the office, Lester loves traveling with his family and spending time outdoors, whether its hiking, skiing, or SCUBA diving.

Shahzad has a proven track record in the fintech industry - bringing a wealth of leadership experience from his time at leading global companies like VISA, TSYS, Global Payments, WorldPay and the Commercial Bank of California.

With full stack payments acquiring and issuing knowledge - especially in launching payment processing solutions and digital security - he focuses on expanding Keyno's innovative fraud prevention technologies for ecommerce and online shopping experiences globally.

When he's not working, Shahzad enjoys staying active by playing Pickleball and flying airplanes as a private pilot. His mantra? Perseverance, Command, Success.

Peter is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in the payments industry with a track record of consistently delivering top-tier products and solutions, along with a 16-year tenure at UL Solutions and education from the Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Currently steering the helm for Keyno in Europe, Peter has been central to his success in delivering exceptional solutions tailored to Keyno's customers.

Beyond his professional life, Peter is happily married with two sons in the Netherlands. He believes in balance, offsetting work with family time and physical activities like cycling, tennis, and golf.

Paul brings broad and deep expertise in advanced technology solutions for businesses with a career spanning over three decades in technical development and strategic IT leadership. He is instrumental in business development and sales, delivering Keyno’s security solutions to financial institutions across the globe.  

After hours, varied interests such as travel, hiking, games, gardening, old cars, investing and spending time with his children and four-legged best friend keep him occupied.

Duncan brings extensive expertise in payment technology with over 25 years in fintech leadership.

At Keyno, he leads the sales of dynamic CVV2, transaction controls, and 3DS Biometrics. His extensive payments experience and detailed technical understanding, paired with a collaborative approach, ensure Keyno's clients are successful in launching fraud prevention solutions.

Outside of his professional role, Duncan has a passion for music and travel, enriching his life with experiences that complement his commitment to transforming payment security.

Passionate about sales and business relationships, Kliston utilizes a data-driven approach to ensuring long-term satisfaction for Keyno’s clients. His expertise lies in prospecting, negotiating, market analysis, and client portfolio management.  

Kliston's background in communications and Bachelor's degree in Theology from the Cuban School of Evangelical Theological Studies (ECETE) paired with his experience in market analysis enable him to connect with Keyno clients effectively.

With over two decades of experience, Mehmet specializes in strategy, business growth, and business transformation in the financial services and technology sectors. He works with clients to develop new business models, go-to-market strategies, capabilities, platforms, and products such as Mastercard’s Network of Wallets solution.  

Mehmet began his career in strategic management consulting with McKinsey & Company then served financial services clients at Oliver Wyman and Alix Partners. He also held senior executive positions at Mastercard, IBM, and led the growth and sale of a fintech start-upas its Chief Revenue Officer.  

Rusty brings a legacy of transformative leadership in the payments and financial services industry where he drives growth and strategic reengineering for prestigious organizations such as Thoughtworks, Cognizant, and  American Express’ Consulting division.  

Beyond the corporate arena, Rusty is deeply committed to the broader financial services community, sharing his knowledge as a frequent industry speaker and mentor. He also volunteers for the Commonwealth Ballet Company in Acton, MA, demonstrating his belief in the power of community and the arts as catalysts for positive change.

With over 30 years of experience in the payments industry, including significant roles at TSYS Acquiring Solutions, MasterCard, and Visa, Phil brings extensive expertise in global processing, product management, and strategic investments.

His leadership in designing secure payment standards, such as the Secure Remote Commerce (SRC), underscores his commitment to advancing secure and innovative identity solutions. At Visa, Phil lead merchant acquiring and global payments processing divisions.

Russell is a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer and the current Director of Business Development at Mastercard. With a robust background in the financial services industry, Russell has demonstrated his expertise in a variety of areas including business relationship management, electronic payments, payment systems, banking, and sales.

His career is marked by significant roles where he leveraged his strong information technology skills to drive business growth and development. Prior to joining Mastercard, Russell held leadership positions at Bankjoy and Saylent.

Marti G. Subrahmanyam is the Charles E.Merrill Professor of Finance, Economics, and International Business at New York University's Stern School of Business, and a Global Network Professor of Finance at NYU Shanghai. With extensive teaching experience across continents, he has held visiting professorships at institutions and executive programs worldwide. 

Professor Subrahmanyam's research and editorial work is prolific, contributing to a range of academic journals and serving on their editorial boards. Beyond academia, he advises corporations, governments, and startups globally, and serves on multiple boards, including those of ICICI Bank and Infosys.

Matthew is a director with the law firm Tripp Scott, P.A.while serving as general counsel for several large companies – providing strategic counsel for corporate contractual and transactional issues. Since joining Tripp Scott in 1991, he has represented Broward County, Florida in acquiring the land for the current BB&T Center and has also served as counsel for the Florida Marlins.

Actively involved in the community, Matt is a past board member of NACORE, theCommunity Association Institute and the Salvation Army Advisory Board and agraduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale.
